This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for
purchases made in■store and for delivery/pick■up orders.
- Food Items (Hot Food, Sandwiches, Empanadas, and Prepared Meals)

All sales of prepared hot food and made-to-order items are final.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food items once they leave the
store.

If there is an issue with your order (missing items, incorrect order, or quality concern), please contact
us within 1 hour of purchase so we can review and resolve the situation.

We may offer a replacement item, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Grocery Items

Non-perishable grocery items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid
receipt, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

Perishable items (such as dairy, produce, meat, bakery items, etc.) are not eligible for return unless
there was a manufacturer defect or product damage before purchase.
Beer, Wine & Alcohol Sales

All alcohol sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued on alcoholic beverages, except as
required by state law.
Delivery & Pick■Up Orders

If you received the wrong item or something was missing, please contact us immediately.

Any concerns regarding food quality must be reported within 1 hour of delivery/pick■up.

Delivery or service fees are non■refundable.

Proof of Purchase

All returns or concerns must be accompanied by a valid receipt, delivery confirmation, or order
reference.
Store Credit and Refund Processing.

Approved refunds may be issued back to the original payment method or as store credit.

Please allow 3–5 business days for refund processing on electronic payments.
